These mushrooms were SO GOOD! Just LOOK at them! I at them on fresh bread and I ate them in a delicious pasta. Hated the plastic container and the price. But holy cow. Like deliciously mushroomy and parsley-forward.

Wahooooo!!!! Buttery vegan croissants!! I celebrated each one by baking them in the oven to get crispy, then adding vegan cheese and tomatoes on top. It was a divine breakfast for 4 days. I can't wait to get these again.

This was sooo flavourful! Definitely was spicy, so I covered it in nutritional yeast and cooked kale and other veggies to cool it down lol. I can't wait to get it again! :)

This was sooo yummy!! I loved the flavour kick it had. It was a bit mushy, but you could still taste the coating of the tempera.

There are so many vegan options here. The general tso’s mock chicken is the most amazing, realistic vegan meat substitute I’ve ever tried. I’ve made so many of my meat-eating friends try it and they’ve all loved it.

Lots of vegan options beyond the salad bar - the hot dishes rotate from a General Tso Mock Chicken to Mac and Cheese to Fries and Gravy. Plus, lots of other tofu dishes etc. The sandwich counter always has a vegan option as does the pizza bar
