I’m not usually a big fan of noodles (I know, sacrilegious). But again, the tofu and the vegetables and the (something spicy and soy) sauce that it came with made it so delectable. Price super reasonable. Loved it!

Omit the mayo for a vegan experience. Super good, the tofu was super flavourful, and the bread was just so crispy and soft at the same time. Big fan! The price is super reasonable too. Terrible photo because I was in a hurry to eat it.

Veganise it by opting out of the mayo! Simple hearty banh mi that’s made even more refreshing with chili slices hiding conspicuously amidst the marinated mushrooms, beancurd puffs and sliced veggies.
