Pretty decent seitan version of a Philly. Served with a choice of side, I went with Mac and cheese. The cheese on both was a little thin but overall it’s a solid sandwich.

Wowwww these were good and super loaded! Tortilla chips smothered in cheeze sauce, red sauce, salsa, sour cream, and topped with rice and beans, smokey jackfruit, and guacamole. I ended up having to eat them with a fork they were so messy haha #nachos #vegannachos

Tender tigers over waffles smothered in country gravy. Wow! The chicken was really crispy and had a great flavor. But the waffles were extremely dense and hard to eat. I also would have rather had it covered in syrup instead of gravy. #veganchickenandwaffles #veganchicken

This is a massive breakfast! Comes with 2 pancakes, country potatoes, tofu scramble, and choice of protein (I went with the fennel sausage). Everything was absolutely delicious!
