Menemen Is a turkish dish similar ton shakshuka, scrumbled eggs into a spicy but simple sauce. The spices definetly make al the difference. In this case eggs were replaced by tofu and it had a perfect texture ✨

Loved this restaurant. Not only was everything extra delicious, the staff was kind and attentive. Very nice place. Istanbul is not very vegan friendly in my experience, so it was a godsend
