Really tasty! I usually get the sprouts sandwich, but I wanted something different today. Ingredients were: Grilled portabella mushrooms, roasted peppers, wild arugula, grilled artichokes with pesto and almond cheese spread. The sandwich comes with a side salad. I really liked it, just wish the price was lower than $18, a lot of the restaurant’s other food is priced cheaper. Their pizzas are great value too.

Tasty and very healthy! Good portion size as well. Price was around $18. Already vegan, it even comes with vegan almond cheese. Not my favorite mix of veggies but I would order again because it seemed very nutritious.

Super simple and inventive. Already vegan so no need to remove ingredients. Comes with some vegan cheese on top. The pizza is on the smaller side but still very filling. Very reasonably priced, around $18.

Amazing! Fully vegan pizza that alresdy comes with vegan cheese. Price was around $18 which was very reasonable. Topped with a great mix of grilled veggies.

This is one of the most delicious sandwiches ever, the vegetables are so fresh and crunchy and there is lots of them. The bread is good too, and you have different types to choose from when ordering. The sandwich comes with a side salad. You can order the half for $12 or the whole sandwich for $16.50 (pictured here). Make sure to remove the cheese when ordering.

Plant based version of their chicken curry sandwich (make sure you order the right one). It was very tasty, could never tell the chicken was vegan. I am just not sure if the mayo is vegan, so it is best to check, they make it easy to order it without. The full sandwich costs $14.50.

I think this is a new dish at Urth. Nori sheet stuffed with avocado, organic brown rice, carrots, broccoli, green onions, Umeboshi plum paste, and five spice tofu. Comes with wasabi and soy sauce, as well as a mixed salad I think. Price was $15.50. Although it felt very healthy and fresh, the taste was a bit bland. I appreciated that they used brown rice.

Flavorful but plain soup with lots of rice. I like to add extra ingredients like corn chips and avocado and it becomes much more interesting. I think this soup is available on most days. Comes with two slices of bread but not sure if it’s vegan. Price is around $7-8 I think.
