I find the avo sashimi dish most interesting! Paired avo slices with lemon juice, wrapped with seaweed, put a bit of wasabi and dipped them in the soy sauce. Very interesting and refreshing. I think we can reinvent this at home 😎 Note: i am not too sure what the soysauce contain. Do omit to play safe or check with staff! Let me know if you find out..

I do not know what the sauce is made of. If want to play safe, do check on your end/ omit the sauce. The cabbage is pretty sweet and refreshing - eating it plain

“Sake is made with water, rice, yeast and koji (a fungus whose enzymes can convert starch into sugar); there are no animal-derived ingredients used in the brewing process.” - googled. I guess this should be vegan friendly.. .. do correct me if wrong

I actually cannot tell the toppings is what. It give off sweet taste… interesting pairing .. reminded me of plum taste

I love onigiris and ume. The rice was a tad too hard so perhaps if they added more ume it would be better. I do like the presentation though.

I love natto so I decided to try this dish which said something like natto folded in beancurd skin. I love beancurd too so why not ? I was pleasantly surprised that it was fried beancurd skin or “tau pok” (Hokkien) filled with natto. When I had my first bite, I was like blown away! And to be fair I am familiar with izakayas and japanese dishes but never tried anything like this. I checked with the server and she told me everything here was authentic japanese including the beancurd. I would definitely be looking out for the beancurd skin in the supermarket the next time!
