Meh. So disappointing for pho. The kabocha was crunchy... almost raw. The noodles didn’t have that chewy bite that I prefer. The broth was tasty, but it was just so disappointing not to have the Vietnamese herbs that are a must with pho.

I think they use butter on the bun, so be sure to ask for it to be vegan. This is my absolute favorite dish there! Make sure to add noodles to turn your vegan dipping broth into pho. DELICIOUS!!!
