I think this was my favorite restaurant dish during this trip to Jacksonville. It's filled with mushroom duxelles juicy tomatoes, red onion, arugula, garlic aioli, basil pesto, pine nuts gouda cheese, and balsamic glaze. All the sandwiches here are on house-made spelt sourdough. They also have gluten free bread options! I'm such a fan of anything caprese. Tomato and basil are such a good, fresh combination. The balsamic makes the sandwich nice and tangy. I like that the mushrooms give this a bit of meatiness.
