I stopped here after an AV cube of truth. If I could give this dish five and a half stars I would. Lions mane mushrooms make for a delicious sandwich! and don’t get me started on the roasted brussels sprouts with the Gorgonzola dipping sauce.

This is the *COOKIES N CREAM doughnut.. but nevertheless it was absolutely scrumptious! I love the gold leaf collective, so when I saw that Ziggi’s coffee in loveland had their vegan doughnuts on menu, I just had to try one. This sweet treat was exactly what my sweet tooth ordered. Obviously not the healthiest... but if you’re eating a doughnut.. are you EXPECTING it to be nutritious??? Nope! Just delicious (;

My fiancé ordered this, and he really enjoyed it. I tried a bite as well, and the seitan was excellent! Gold Leaf offers a number of great side options, and today we went for the crispy Brussels sprouts.

The vegan cheeses they create at Gold Leaf are so delicious! I had this half sandwich as leftovers. It reheated perfectly on the stove. Highly enjoyable sandwich.
