“That looks so sad 😞 You can do so much better” — @m1tch9i This is what CBD goths pass off for a #salad 🥗 You’d think the 996-corest part of town would at least offer better #pokebowls 🥱 I’d really not go here myself but I was dining with colleagues 😗 This is a petite 🤏 so it’s still pretty good on value. Somehow they downgraded the #tofu after offering an already very weak #tempeh 😑 Oh, and overcooked #broccoli? Even Vogons know better 🥦

It’s been a proper while since I had their #pokebowls 🥗 This time, a petite 🤏 I did a #quinoa base plus #kale for a couple cents more 🪙 Still cheaper than a regular though! Oddly they haven’t a single #plantbased protein option — both their #tofu and #tempeh are considered sides because their nutritionist takes advice from this one guy on YouTube that got dumped by a vegan ex or something. Seriously, #dobetter 🥱 Avoid the #friedtempeh here at all costs. It has the texture of chewing gum if chewing gum were badly fried tempeh. Eeeks 🫥

I’m constantly amazed by the sheer amount of high quality nutritious food I can get here. If you look at the photos, you’ll see broccoli and Sichuan tofu with some almonds on top. But what you’re missing is underneath, a mountain of eggplant, baked tempeh and whole grain fusilli pasta. Every bite is incredible! This place, while not vegan, is proof that you can eat an indulgent yet healthy vegan meal. #healthyish #healthy #salad #dailycut #singapore #mapotofu #tempeh

Love the food at The Daily Cut. This is their regular size and it’s a good size portion. They do change some items on their menu every season so there’s always something new to look forward to! Substituted the protein for 3 additional supplements. For the supplements, the options without egg or dairy (indicated on the ordering sheet) are vegan. Base: romaine lettuce and whole grained pasta Supplements: roasted Brussels sprouts, carrots with miso & sesame, gochujang glazed eggplant, baked tempeh, Thai Basil tofu and baby trumpet mushroom Topping: crushed tortilla chips Dressing: sage infused olive oil Macro calculator available on their website Price: $14 ($10.50, 25% off Deliveroo pickup)

I've been eating a lot of #pokebowls and #salad lately 🥗 In the hopes it’ll undo all the damage I’ve otherwise done to my body in the past few months or so.. the daily cans of Monster energy certainly aren’t helping 🤫 The queue here took over 30 minutes and for a subpar S$10.5 bowl it really isn’t worth it. The #sichuan #tofu lacked any punch and the baked #sweetpotato 🍠 was super cold and stiff 🥶 Not to mention that in spite of my best efforts to avoid any turtle killers they included a #deathbyplastic tub for the sauce 😒 At least with @jashment’s helpful #ecotip I was able to avoid filling out their single use order forms! Honestly this place ought to #dobetter 🥱 Nothing vegan under your list of proteins? Hello?? The 90s called and they want you back 🤙

After a long hiatus, I am back to Dailycut again to try out their new summer flavours. I added so much that i forgot what I had gotten 😅 so posting my order here as well. I particularly enjoyed the eggplants, swiss brown mushrooms , coconut crusted cauliflower and the spicy thai basil tofu out of all. The tempeh and kimchi was ok but not my favourite as I have tasted better elsewhere. I got this as a steal at $2.50 actually as I needed to use up my $12 credit from deliveroo. I actually ate this bowl together with my own homemade roasted sweet potatoes since it was without carbs

Its not my first time to patronise daily cut but it had been ages since I last dropped by for their menu. I decided to try out some of thsir new winter specials before the menu changes again. I got the medium bowl with 6 toppings in replacement of 1 meat. Wanted to try their pumpkin but it wasnt available at that time so got 2 baked tempehs instead. Also added their new brussel sprouts, quinoa (as base), BBQ king oyster mushrooms. I preferred their tempeh this time as compared to the maple glazed version as this has the firmer texture that I prefer. Their BBQ king oyster mushrooms were pretty good as well - marinated and geilled to peefection! I topped this up with hazelnuts to give a little more crunch. I do love their salads as I feel that they do take effort in preparing all of yhe sides however, the price is kinda steep for ths portion size. Else, I would have got ir more often 😅
