If only they had soaked the cashews first or added some waters to the blender the meal would have been a billion times better. Unfortunately this is the second bad experience we have had there which is a shame because their wait staff were very good and kind. When it arrived, I fell in love not just because it has such appetizing colours, this icy smoothie in a bowl makes so much sense when one is soaked in the tropical heat.
