Not a fry fanatic or connoisseur by any means, but these fries were great! Good balance of crispiness and moisture. The dipping sauces were also fantastic- we had the garlic dip and the hot pepper dip. The hot pepper dip definitely had some spice to it, with a cumulative effect, so we appreciated going back and forth between that and the garlic sauce.

A solid burger all around. The soy patty had good density and moisture. Flavor was good, but nothing extraordinary.

This is a great option when looking for some vegan fast food, but not in the mood for a burger. Base is a vegan schnitzel patty, with greens and tomato. It comes with a vegan cheese with cranberry sauce, which is absolutely delicious! It had a good balance of tangy sweet with savory/salty. A bit messy overall, but still a win!

Come si vede dalla seconda foto alla vista sembra proprio merluzzo, la consistenza pure lo ricorda, mentre il sapore un po' meno anche se sa vagamente di pesce. Comunque è buono chissenefrega se sembra merluzzo o meno 😅. Viene accompagnato con una salasa che penso fosse semplice mayo con erba cipollina, buona anche quella. Le patatine sono di patata dolce. Promosso!

Swing kitchens newest creation. Extremely crispy „fish“ pieces with fries. The taste is not too fishy and the texture very authentic. Comes with a lemon slice and chive mayo, both complement the dish very well. 7.40€. #chips #veganfish #fastfood #swingkitchen

Probabilmente si sono sbagliati perché il panino non prevedeva la maionese al limone ma nel mio panino c’era e ha rovinato tutto.. soprattutto abbinata alla marmellata di frutti rossi.. peccato La cotoletta comunque era buona ma niente di speciale

Not the best photo, sorry, but I couldn’t wait to get stuck in 😂 Awesome, tasty, filling burger that satisfied my craving for a fast-food burger but without the artificial taste or mass production. French fries: the menu choice of vegan kids everywhere 🍟 In this case, the whole menu is vegan but my kids still picked French fries, anyway 😅 these ones were thick-cut and actually pretty wholesome, so I’m ok with it! When in Innsbruck… you’ll surely stumble upon Swing Kitchen! Why? Because it’s right in the middle of the action; a hop, skip, and jump from Innsbruck’s iconic Golden Roof and other tourist attractions. We enjoyed our last dinner of our summer holiday there. It’s got that fast-food feel, but with a sustainable twist… For example, drinks are served self-service style, out of enamel cups rather than plastic. It’s casual fare on the all-vegan menu: burgers, chips, and these more-ish cheesy chili bites. They were delicious and definitely best shared as they are quite rich and filling! The restaurant itself is modern and welcoming inside, but since the weather was beautiful we opted to enjoy our meal outside and people-watch, instead 😎 If ever I’m lucky enough to visit Innsbruck again, I’ll definitely be heading back to this awesome spot! #innsbruck #veganrestaurant #fastfood #sustainable
