We love 💚Sushi 🍱 Factory 🏭 when in town visiting family! To make this Monkey 🙈 Roll vegan 🌱 you need to ask for it without Philadelphia cheese, No spicy 🌶️ sauce (contains mayonnaise) and no fried breading (contains egg)! I asked if they could add #carrot for part of the filling to the roll and this came out amazing!! So delicious and light! It’s wrapped with sliced #plantain and filled with #whiterice (they no longer offer brown), #asparagus, #avocado 🥑, #cucumber 🥒and topped with grilled #cauliflower which usually is battered and this is what you need to tell them to also leave out since it contains eggs. Decorated with #sesameseeds and a drizzle of Sweet and sour sauce which is 🌱 vegan! This cost 💲 155 pesos which is equal 🟰 to $7.96 US dollars 💵 Will definitely get this again!! Para hacer este sushi ser vegana necesita decir sin el queso Philadelphia, la salsa de aguacate porque lleva mayonesa y también las zanahoria rallada que ponen encima del roll sin mayonesa. Yo pedí la salsa de anguila aparte porque no me gusta cuando le ponen mucha salsa. I absolutely love this poke bowl! I wish they had poke bowls like these in the states! The base is rice, I asked for brown but they didn’t have it. Topped with lettuce, sliced cucumbers, julienned carrots, chopped beets, fried cauliflower, edamame, furikake, avocado, and onion!! I asked for tofu but they didn’t have that as a protein option.
