Unbelievably delicious, especially because it uses one vegetable (cabbage). The way they’re able to do so much in terms of flavor with one vegetable is beyond me. Highest quality vegan food in Denver by far.

This eggplant plus ricotta was one of the best things I've eaten in 2020. Super flavorful and fresh. Photo only has half the sandwich since I ate the rest so fast!

Got this as a take out meal kit during the COVID quarantine. Pasta was so fresh and the flavor was delicious! Really fun to make it at home - easy, but also felt much fancier than making standard pasta with sauce from a jar.

This is my absolute favorite dish and I order it every time I go here! Even the pasta itself is house-made, and the sauce they use is absolutely amazing—so fresh, with notes of light, fresh orange to complement the tomato.
