Generally on the sweet side which I didn't really like. I think it'd because of the sweet sauce? Dessert was way too sweet too. Generally portion is huge

Sorry I don't have a better picture of this - under the cover sits a cute little flaxen-yellow blob of mango jelly set neatly on a chia syrup base. Tangy semi-sweet mango taste and jiggly jelly texture. I really enjoyed this dessert which accompanied the phad thai.

I read that SIA has been taking steps towards better in-flight veg*n meals by partnering with vegan producers so I was excited to see what they would serve for dinner on my SG-BOM flight. It was a delicious phad thai. I loved that it wasn't greasy and oleaginous. I think they held back on the spiciness though. anyway, I'm glad they've grown from their once pathetic vegan offerings.

Overall the dish was fresh and the flavours handed well with eaxh ingredient. Only the pesto was a bot too chilled (nearly frozen?)

Tofu scramble with potatoes, spinach tomatoes and mushrooms. The spices added was good but the food wasn't really warm enough by the time it was served.
