Avevamo già iniziato a mangiare quando ho scattato questa foto 😅 comunque come aperitivo per 11€ circa il ristorante propone due birre a scelta e questo piattino con canederli misti fritti olive e patè di olive. Molto buono e conveniente a mio avviso!!

Questo ristorante propone piatti tipici Sudtirolesi a base di canederli. Ci sono mille tipi di canederli sia vegetariani che vegani. Questi sono a base di zucca su un letto di verdure e crema di castagne. Super particolari e veramente ottimi. Consiglio molto. (Il proprietario è italiano 😅)

While it's easy to find vegan Strudel in Austria it is way more difficult to find it in Germany, i finally found a place! Sankt Anna has typical Südtirol/Austrian/Alpine Food. This vegan Strudel paired with vanilla Ice Cream was a delicious experience!
