SCHNITZEL. BACON, TOMATO, CREAM CHEESE, LETTUCE, HERB AIOLI So so good! I really enjoyed this bagel, as I have every other bagel I’ve ever had from Sable 😅

Sooooo indulgent! This cooking is filled with biscoff and has some crumbled on top too. TBH it was a little too sweet for me, but If sweet cookies are you’re jam I’m sure you’d love it!

Couldn’t visit sable without some takeaway cookies! My daughter chose this one, she wasn’t a fan of the salt sprinkle but other than that enjoyed it.

Bacon, egg, mozzarella, herb cream cheese and bbq sauce with option to add a hash brown and crisps. I just had the bagel and it didn’t disappoint! The flavours all came together beautifully, it was a very tasty breakfast treat with a soy iced coffee.

My 6yr old was in sugar high heaven with this Notella bagel and a strawberry soy milkshake. Definitely kid friendly options so win win

So tasty with the beetroot relish, vegan feta and chilli jam to top it all off. I chose the bagel with all the seeds (sesame, poppy and rye) and loved it. Cost $16(aud) plus 50 cents for the everything bagel. Service was exceptionally good too.

Huge cookie that is very satisfying. It was sweet but balanced with salt. I heated it up in the microwave abit before and it was gooey and delicious

Added maple bacon because why not. Came with onions, pickles, arugula, "feta, mayo, and seitan(?) pork. Very generous with filling and delicious. I also got the poppy seed bagel.

Insane bagels at Sable. This one is bacon, egg, mozzarella, herb cream cheese and smokey tomato sauce. On the higher end at $17 AUD but I think it might just be worth it

Biscoff heaven! Recommend the Biscoff Monster shake to get a taste of both the shake and the loaded biscoff cookie! Very friendly staff, happy to box the cookie for me to take away as I couldn’t eat it after the bagel and shake!
