These are light and airy and gluten free. The dough is flaky and not greasy, the filling is perfectly spiced and seasoned . . The green sauce packs some heat 🥵 so proceed with caution ⚠️

This baguette is from this 💯 vegan and 💯 gluten free restaurant. It is huge and tastes really good considering it is gluten free. It is a little chewy but in a good way . I made air fried grape crostini, so I lightly toasted it because I was afraid it would get too hard, but it was perfect 👍🏻
