The chewy texture of the Inari was quite nice with a slightly sweet flavour, the ‘crab’ was made from shredded jackfruit. #sushi #sushilover #glutenfree

Sad this vegan sushi place has now closed. This ‘salmon’ was marinated carrot topped with mayo and ‘caviar’. Preferred the other sushi I tried, probably because I’m not a fan of mayonnaise. #sushi #glutenfree

These spring rolls were intended as a match day snack, but I ate cheese with crackers instead because gosh, all I tasted was salt! Hubz had a bite so I could be sure and he confirmed the same.

This was a boring buy 🫤... The pastry wasn't really fixable post delivery and the orange chocolate wasn't moreish as I'd hoped. Definitely not worth R60 for the 2.

This box had Tunaa Crunch, Tofu Crunch & a Featured Roll - 4 pieces of each. They were all good but the featured roll was my favourite. I ended up sharing this mini platter with two non-vegan guys who were both wowed.

I bought this platter at Checkers. I was so happy to find this. Finally I can get sushi conveniently. The sushi was delicious. There were salmon roses, tuna California, unagi nigiri and crab salad inari. This was vegan and so creatively made. My favourite was the crab salad inari. I will say it's a bit on the expensive side especially for 10 pieces but it's also not super expensive. It's something you buy here and there instead of having to drive super far out to get sushi.

It looks very interesting, probably somewhat redder than tuna. I couldn’t detect what the red pepper was marinated in as it very much tasted like red peppers. It’s a good idea, tasted ok but this one won’t be my favourite on the menu when I compare it to other items. However, if I compare it to tuna nigiri, this one is so much tastier! #veganisnotscary

I am amazed every time. Beautiful, tasty, something for every taste. Tofu crunch is my all-time favourite, the beauty of the beet is spicy, and full of flavour. Love all the rolls.

Plushi hosted a few of these dinner parties with wine pairing and music. Absolutely amazing! The food is mind-blowing as usual, this set course followed the seasons and each dish was perfect. Plushi, miso soup, noodles, dessert and really good wine! What more can you ask for! I highly recommend it!
