The portion size of the scramble itself was extremely small, with very little tofu and too many onions. Most of the plate was taken up by potatoes. The scramble was pretty spicy, and the toast was served dry. This was the Peoples Organic location at the Minneapolis airport, which is not listed as an location option. It’s very yummy and they change up the vegetables in the scramble regularly so it’s always a little bit of a surprise. It comes with a side of potatoes. 😋 This is my favorite PO location.
