I was craving fries but my grandmother said that fries are unhealthy,so she made this dish with an eggplant.No deep fry,just stir fry with vegetable and it tasted amazing after the ketchup was added.It was both a substitution for the fries as well as a wish for a positive new year!!

Bought this Poppadoms Lentil Chips from NTUC! Bought 2 flavours, BBQ and Original and they both taste superrr good :)) only gripe is that it is slightly ex at around $2.30/tin. But it claims to be (on the can) Vegan, cholesterol free, gluten-free, no trans fat and high in fibre! Really love it 🤩😍
