This was a very good appetizer, despite not looking as the most wonderful one. It was simple, tasty and delicate.. The owner at Nozomi was very sorry for the few vegan options they had (even though I was totally satisfied), but they had to downsize both the menù and the personnel since the pandemic. I would suggest to try it out, it's a great place with lovely people.
