I usually love Nook, but have to say this was a surprising version of Rendang. While it’s not bad at all, it is very different from traditional rendang. It feels more like a western version of a curry.

I really appreciate being able to find whole foods in a restaurant and NOOK certainly delivers. These are just side items but turned into an awesome meal. I also had a fresh juice to go with it.

We honestly stayed in the perfect location in Bali.. cause it was right next to NOOK. Man I want this place in my neighborhood. Nook offers plenty of healthy and tasty vegan meals like this smoothie bowl. The restaurant itself is also beautiful (like basically everything in Bali). Enjoy a view of the neighboring rice paddies while taking a slow breakfast. Great way to start a day full of adventures.
