Saved this for my 1000th review! This spicy Korean stew was absolutely delicious, really filling and full of flavour. It contained both tofu and a luncheon type of mock meat. Wish I had eaten more at this restaurant it is quite underrated. #thailand #koreanfood #kimchi #1000threview

I finally made it! After years of (largely positive) encounters with Nature's Charm products, I've finally been to their store now! I was pleasantly surprised to see the range of food and drink options that they can serve up using their range of products 😃 And as you'd expect (and as the subsequent pictures make clear) it's a space with a very plant-forward, future-conscious ethos and messaging 🙂 Anyway, I regard Nature's Charm to have the best vegan #condensedmilk and #evaporatedmilk products out there, so any #coffee - heck, any beverage - made with one of those was always going to win 🙂 And so it was the #vietnameseicedcoffee, which utilised the condensed #coconutmilk for that overpowering sweetness and milkiness/creaminess that convinces you it's finally time to #ditchdairy 💪 Delicious!

The wordplay was not the only thing about this dish that didn't quite hit the spot for me 😐 The flavours were just a bit too all over the place; I think they also minced up the #evilweed and sent it everywhere (in addition to the more conspicuous sprigs that they simply left on top 😭) Very #spicy (fine by me) but too much sourness (though I guess sometimes #larb can be like that). The #whiterice was provided in a healthy dosage, and the #tofu and #jackfruit #popcornchicken offered good character 🙂 Those #edibleflowers looked pretty, but I'm very much #functionoverform in most things that I do in life 😏

I loved this #fruit bowl last time that I came back again! It’s not cheap but super #fresh, #tasty and #pretty! The star are of course the #fruit but the #coconut yoghurt with #granola is outstanding as well - this time I ordered extra lol. Loved this so much. Uhm what? Why is he reviewing eggs? 🥚 Well… these are VEGAN EGGS 🍳 #veganegg I had brunch at this place and spotted these on the menu. They didn’t go well with pancakes and fruit, so I made the plan to order them for delivery as part of dinner on the same day. You get 2 eggs, cut into 4 halfs. Its a very popular #thai dish 🇹🇭 Best described as Thai Fried Hard-Boiled Eggs in Tamarind Sauce! The sauce gives them a sour, sweet, and salty taste, representing what people love about Thai cuisine! The egg itself has a very convincing texture, the yolk was crumbly like I remember it from a regular egg, while the white was slippery and… very egg like. I’m glad I tried it! #eggless #thaifood As you can see: served with #cilantro, which some people say has a soapy taste 🧼 Specify to have it without if that’s the case

Yummy! 🤤 This was the perfect accompanying dish to the pancakes that I just reviewed! I’ve said it before but I’ll say it again: fruits are superior in Southeast Asia and #thailand seems to be no exception 🇹🇭 The bowl itself was generously filled with half a #mango 🥭, strawberry 🍓 & blueberry 🫐 #berrylover, #kiwi 🥝, #banana 🍌, #dragonfruit, #watermelon 🍉, and #orange 🍊! With the fruit bowl came the best coconut yoghurt I’ve ever tasted! Thick and creamy! #coconutlover 🥥 Topped with their homemade #granola which I need the recipe of. It was delightful. That’s not enough yet! You also get one of their dessert sauces. I went for #saltedcaramel. Drizzle that onto the yoghurt and you’re in heaven! Would I get it again? Yes. Do I wish it was cheaper? Definitely. Coming in at 260 Thai bhat (~6.80€), this might’ve been the most expensive fruit bowl I’ve bought in Asia. But it was so good!!

I love #naturescharm products, so when I saw that they have a café in #bangkok 🇹🇭 I knew I needed to go. No regrets! The #pancakes were fluffy but dense at the same time, I’d say: a perfect texture 🥞. They weren’t very sweet, which was great since they come with a Nature‘s Charm dessert sauce of choice. I went for #butterscotch. It was all completed by some coconut whipping cream #coconutlover🥥, some homemade soy yoghurt, and of course: seasonal #fruit. Taste-wise, everything worked so well together. And with that presentation (I mean #tooprettytoeat), it justified the price of 280 Thai Bhat (~7.30€).

Amazing restaurant with amazing food! My favorite in town! Burmese fermented tea leaves salad is beyond delicious, sooooo simple yet so unique and mind blowing! 🤯 It became my favorite food ever!!! MUST TRY!!! Fish and chips. Banana blossom “fish” in super light batter! Honestly, I hate anything fried but would eat this dish every day! So light and wholesome! Son in law eggs. Insane in house egg alternative with sweet tamarind sauce. Haven’t tried the original but absolutely loved this one! What a beautiful way to get introduced to a traditional cuisine! 🤩 Larb salad. Tofu + mushrooms with onion, cucumber and lots of herbs with a traditional spice mix. Again, so simple and refreshing. Fell in love with this plate, bought the spice mix, cook it for myself everyday ever since! Fish with rice and vinegar dressing. A very good (and healthy) conventional fish alternative (thai/chinese brand, widely available in many supermarkets), being obsessed with vinegar, the dressing is a heart breaker for me (in a good way). Traditional yellow curry-marinated “chicken” satay skewers. 10/10!!!

I love this brand, so it was so cool to visit their cafe! The machiatto was nice, nothing special and not too much caramel flavour. Loved the coaster though!
