Happy they had a vanilla option with the red white and blue themed frosting. The presentation definitely caught my eye. All of these options are vegan and gluten-free.

$5 for a muffin is overpriced, but it wasn’t bad. It was very, very moist. Surprised me for a gluten-free item, but hey. I’ve been to Mindful Table a few times; it’s worth a taste, but there’s really not a lot offered.

This muffin was extremely good! Dense, sweet, and moist. It was gluten-free, too.

These vegan and gluten-free cupcakes were $4 each. The Oreo on top was stale, but they were not awful. I’m not in a rush to return for these cupcakes, but I would purchase food from Mindful Table again.
