I’m never disappointed when I eat at Melamangio (now Aquafaba Restaurant). This pasta was different from the usual recipes I’ve tried and I really enjoyed it. Delicate and fresh!

This is one of the amazing dishes that Melamangio restaurant offers 😋 It’s red wine tofu with shitake mushrooms on mashed cauliflower. The menu changes according to the season, prices are reasonable and the staff is lovely 😊 #veganisnotscary
