They didn’t have a lot of vegan options here but luckily this salad was vegan and sounded good. It was quite nice! With couscous, beans, broccoli, sundried tomatoes, raisins, lettuce, croutons, and some bell peppers and carrots in a mustard vinaigrette. It was light but very fresh and tasty:) After 3 years, I finally say goodbye to Cambodia. You will forever be a home to me💛

We had our final lunch at the hotel. They said they could make this vegan by removing all the fish and fish sauce for us. One of my favourites! So bright and fresh! The herbal, nutty, fruity, and limey combinaron is just so nice. Definitely overpriced but that’s expected at a nice hotel.

Palace Gate hotel has a great deal where you can have breakfast and all day pool access for 15$. I was really happy with the vegan choices in this buffet! They also had fried rice, fried veggies, miso soup, and a salad bar. Very pleased and enjoying the pool immensely.

They made this vegan for me. Tofu and sweet potato and green peppers and carrots and coconut . Fried onion on top. So tasty . Huge portion .
