There are so many vegan options at Maywood Pancake House, so it is a little surprising that they haven’t perfected the tofu scramble. Had to smother with ketchup. (it comes with 3 of these but i usually eat one and save the other 2 for the rest of the week) i highly recommend and have no complaints because it even tastes good reheated!vegan challah french toast
