You would think the nutritional value of a cucumber salad should be pretty good but with the amount of oil in it I don’t think it is. I have always loved Asian cucumber salads ever since my mom would make them for me growing up. This one was fantastic! So much flavour from the huge chunks of garlic, spring onion, coriander, chili, and lots and lots of oil. Super satisfying and I even sopped up the rest of the sauce with my partner’s leftover spring onion pancakes. #todiefor #sweetdreamsaremadeofgrease

This dish is not originally vegan, but I requested it to be veganized by subbing the pork for tofu. And it was fabulous! The hand stretched noodles here are always wonderful and the tofu was deep fried and super crunchy. The sauce was a flavour bomb!

They make really yummy homemade flour noodles here:) so although it was a pretty simple dish and the sauce was not too flavourful (I had to add some soy sauce, black vinegar, and chili) the noodles make up for it.

One of the most classic veggie dishes of Cambodia. Morning glory is so popular here, and for good reason. If you’ve never had it, it’s a bit like cooked spring onion, but less oniony. It’s crispy and soaks up flavour so well.

This is a delicious and saucy kung pao tofu! I love all the veggies and the peanuts! And those chillies were really spicy. Came with a lot of rice!

This huge bowl of noodle soup was so scrumptious, warmed my heart and soul. The noodles are hand pulled and so beautiful and chewy, the broth is salty (but not overly) and rich and the veggies give it some crunch and earthiness. Added some chili and it was perfect. And for only 4.5$ this was an amazing deal.

A solid go at the art of the smoothie. Great to have the iceberg towering above the glass, and the flavour is thick. It's on the softer and sweeter side though it's far from sugary. Not my favourite execution, but it does the job for $3.5

Big ass plate of fried rice! We added kimchi to this and a bit of chili oil and it was awesome. Just need to ask for no egg to make it vegan.

This isn’t on the normal menu, but you can create your own poke bowl! They had lots of different options for vegans. It was really tasty! And huge!

These dumplings were pretty fantastic. Except for the one dud that seemed to have exploded, they were made perfectly. And the filling was really delicious.

Literally just tasted like fried dough. Which was delicious but would have liked a little more spring onion flavour. The mayo on the side was not vegan and was for my non-vegan friend.
