This was the first time I have ever ordered an eggs benedict as I categorically hate eggs & have never understood the obsession. Well, get out that humble pie for me again….! This was delicious - a really generous helping of avocado on top of baked tofu & portobello mushroom with English muffin (or as I call them - Muffins 😂) The hollandaise had a slight kick to it - maybe some spicy paprika? It also tasted somewhat reminiscent of tahini. Fabulous. Served with home fries & a dressed salad.Vegan Benedict
