Fear not, if you are invited to a party at Little Island Brewing Co, there are vegan options... I got the Ratatouille pizza without cheese. It is packed with garden veggies (although I think they are from frozen) with thyme, sumac and zattar. The herbs and spices make this pizza delicious, they add to the regular tomato sauce based and give great flavour. The wood fired pizza makes the base super doughy but crisp.
Who even needs cheese!? 😋
