Last #vegansummerfest review 🫤 #veganfestival #falafel 🧆 I didn’t really like this, Le Botaniste in general is not my taste, very healthy. The sauce is also very watered down. Even @brentvda , the #falafellover, didn’t like this.

First, this was at their food truck. But since they offer the same at their restaurant, I figured I’d just review it under here. This was not good 🙁 For over a year I wanted to try this, but there was always an option I wanted more at that moment, so I never did. At vegan world last month, I finally was able too. Their biggest mistake was that hideous sauce, tasted horrible. Some kind of peanut-soy sauce, not my thing 😖 The sushi itself was very bland! It was tofu inside, and it was very bland tofu. 😖😖 I’d definitely pass next time, they have better choices 😋😋 #vegansushi #foodtruck #allveganrestaurant 🥢

Similar to falafels, but made with a slightly different mix of ingredients. It’s well yummy, and makes a nice starter/side. #balls #vegansides Love this #fullyvegan restaurant in Brussels. Close to the EU Commission HQ and the Parc du Cinquantenaire, but with branches around the country (I believe some in the US as well). Salads, soups, stews and curries, Good, healthy, comforting food. Allergens are labelled clear, you should be able to ask for more info too. Portions for each meal were massive, but you can opt for half bowls. Be sure to save some room for desserts though ( we didn’t unfortunately, rookie error).

A yummy snack. The sushi here is made with quinoa and brown rice. #sushi #fullyvegan cafe that celebrates the beautiful flavours of plants so well. Salads, soups. Curries and stews, done so beautifully. Our non-veg guest was well-impressed by how amazing veggies taste (sometimes people forget dont they), and it’s thanks to le botaniste. I really hope le Botaniste reaches more countries, they’re doing awesome things. Good healthy food for everyone.

My favourite dish of the lot. vegetable stew served on quinoa. Beautifully spiced, with aromas and flavours. Great lunch, perfect on a cold day, or any day really. If you love good yummy vegetables this is certainly one to consider. Probably my favourite #fullyvegan restaurant during my short trip to Brussels (i didn’t visit that many, to be fair). Close to the EU commission HQ and Parc du Cinquantenaire, but with branches around the country (I heard they’ve expanded into the States as well). Salads, soups, stews and curries, Good food that is both healthy and so comforting. Allergens are labelled clear as well, you should be able to ask for more info too. Portions for each meal were massive, but you can opt for a half bowl. Also, their combo deals too if you like a bit of variety and are sharing: We got this as part of the Full therapy deal, which inludes three smaller (but still huge) bowls of your choice. #stew

I imagine the soup changes regularly, in any case this was really yummy. It really fills you up too, just beautiful. Perfect on a cold day. If you’re on the lookout for restaurants that celebrate the beauty and diversity of plants and their amazingness, Le Botaniste is one to consider. Beautiful flavours, and all the food looks, smells and tastes amazing. Affordable too, with such generous portions. Look out for the combo /meal deals, as well as their seasonal menu. A few outlets in Belgium, and i believe in the US. #soup

Yummers. There were loadsa nice veggies etc, as you might expect. Base of quinoa. Topped with sauerkraut and a nice dressing. And a superseed avocado, which was half an avocado covered in a seed mix, that was lovely. We got this as part of the full therapy (apt name), where we got 3 small (but still massive) bowls for cheaper. le Botaniste is a fully vegan cafe that celebrates the beautiful flavours of plants so well. I also love the botanical reference! Salads, soups. A few outlets across Belgium, plus they’ve expanded into the US too it seems. I really hope they reach more countries, they’re doing beautiful things here. Portions are generous, plus they offer different meal deals, if you’re sharing or are a student etc. allergens are specified clearly, or you can ask them. Beautiful flavours, lovely staff, all round top marks. #fullyveganrestaurant #salads

#chilli sin carne ordered at « Le botaniste », a plant based restaurant here in Brussels. Dishes are expensive but generous and creative, you can also make your own bowl! This one had brown rice, 3 beans, quinoa, chili sin carne, sour cream, turmeric onions and some added meatballs ♥️

Insalata molto buona, l’avocado in questo modo era spaziale, tante verdure come carote cavolo rosso insalata, la salsa era allo zafferano e risultava speziata, avrei forse preferito l’olio e le verdure tagliate più piccole
