This tasty dish included fried #tofu, red bell pepper, onion, peanuts, chili pods, and house soy sauce. #spicy and delicious! This is not a 100% veg place but about half their menu is vegan because #veganisnotscary 👍 vegan items are clearly marked as vegan on the menu so you don't have to guess what's vegan!

Yum. The Mongolian soy curls were always my second choice from Kung POW. A bit spicy because it includes chili peppers with the sauce, but I’d always pick them out. Soy curls are nice when craving a more chicken-like texture, they cook them really nicely. Two thumbs up 👍🏼👍🏼

Another restaurant I cannot believe I haven’t reviewed until now. Solid spot in Portland, I quite literally went here once a week. Their vegan options are ADDICTING. My go to is for sure this, the sesame tofu. I would bring it to the park & enjoy it outdoors which amplified the experience but it’d still be just as amazing if you ate it while sitting in a port a potty… (savocado wut??) Anyway, the tofu is nice & firm. The sauce is tasty with a nice spice to it. The rice comes on the side so you can create the perfect ratio. Do yourself a favor & go get some right meow. 🐱

These are one of my favorite comfort foods. Definitely not healthy, VERY oily, but when you’re in the mood for that, these really hit the spot. And the spicy dipping sauce is super yummy too. #veganisnotscary

This consisted of fresh shiitake mushrooms, broccoli, snow peas, and garlic wine sauce. The vegetables were very skillfully prepared to retain all their freshness and flavor.

These were filled with spice-infused soy curls, napa cabbage, and shiitake mushrooms, then pan-fried to a golden brown. They were amazing! The soy curls were ground up just like the conventional pork filling. Every bit as tasty without harming any pigs.
