For the banana chia toast I had sourdough bread which is currently their only vegan bread and asked them to substitute the honey for maple syrup which they were than happy to do! I chose almond butter instead of peanut butter. This reminds me of a much fancier version of something I ate as a kid😊. I get the ginger beet smoothie with oat milk frequently. It has the right combination of sweetness and tanginess and gives me a lovely boost in my day!

Love this place! They have vegan options which is super rare for Central Minnesota. They try to use locally sourced goods and support awesome local causes. I have been here way too many times since I found out about it a few weeks ago and have been super happy every time!
