Ramen delivery! I choose a mix of zucchini noodles and ramen noodles. It has a different mouth feel than traditional ramen, but better for my health. I got mild and was happy with that level. This was packed really well.

This Vegan Matcha Mole Japon taco at Kayo’s is just as delicious as it is original. It consists of grilled diced chashu tofu slathered in Kayo's unique mole poblano that features Matcha, and topped with pickled bell peppers and green onions. Made with 3-month marinated garlic, Kayo’s Ramen Bar fried rice is fried on a griddle, teppanyaki style. This rice was very good, but I expected it to be a lot more garlic-y than it actually was. These were really good! My husband and I lived in China for 2 months and Japan for 3 months, and these dumplings actually reminded us both more of the dumplings we would find in China! Greens on the inside and served with vinegar. Very tasty indeed! #roomtoread

Excellent vegan ramen and vegan TanTan. All ramen (except 1) on the menu can be made vegan with tofu. You can choose from their many add-ons, I chose edamame for this one. The Vegan TanTan was unbelievably tasty, def my fave but the Vegan MoLa was almost as good! Both packed with flavor. Both dishes were really spicy, which I love, but definitely tell them your preferred spice level. We also enjoyed the kale pot stickers which were very flavorful, with the vinegar was awesome. I love that they have all these incredible vegan options! The tofu was delicious but I think offering some vegan meats as a protein option or as an add on would be amazing! #roomtoread

This consisted of diced and grilled chashu tofu served with pineapple, onion, green onions, and mala sauce, garnished with fresh lime and house-pickled ginger. Sweet with some heat. Tasty.
