So let's be honest, this is not a vegan restaurant. But it does provide a singular very healthy and vegan item on its menu. The veggie bowl. You can start with a bed of white/brown rice (high carb) or a spring mix salad (low carb). They add chopped tofu and avocado with some seasoning sauce. Then throw their vegetables on top. My veggie choices are cucumber, carrot, corn, pineapple, ginger, seaweed, and edamame. It's a very good tasting Asian salad! 😋
