Very tasty lunch salad to bring somewhere or to use instead of conventional fast food. If you have time to make your own salad it's definitely more wallet friendly but otherwise it's reasonably priced.

For being called chili bowl, there was not so much chili present. 😅 It was still tasty though, with beans, corn, coleslaw, coriander lettuce, black rice, corn chips, and citrus-mayo

The bowl is originally not vegan, but i swapped the salmon (and also the dressing) for broccoli because i really like all the other components! The mango, edamame, pickled carrots, red cabbage, lettuce and black rice are sooo delicious together!

Very light but still filling lunch option! It tastes really good and Holy Greens even has the option of swapping out the ingredients if you don’t fancy some of them, but I went for the original bowl :) The beetroot hummus and picked carrots worked so well together and I’d definitelly recommend! From Holy Greens website: Beetroot hummus, white quinoa, avocado, ginger pickled carrots, broccoli trees, cucumber, sunflower sprouts, roasted sunflower seeds and Basil-Lemon dressing. Vegan, gluten and dairy free Carbon footprint: 0,2 kg CO2e
