Cooked well and just the way I like it. Nice soft and melty. The sauce is alittle like sweet and sour. Spicy.

One of the best, best, best black fungus dish ever. Nice and firm, not mushy, but still soft. Didn’t have a heavy taste, but nice and light. Loved the crunchy juicy cucumber pieces. While dish tasted slightly sweet, and fragrant. Maybe sesame oil?

The brinjal tastes really soft and good. I like the Cook at this vegetarian stall. He always adds another vegetable to complement the main vegetable for added colour and texture. In this dish, he added long beans which helps to bring in green and crunch to an otherwise soft brinjal. So brilliantly done!

Oh my! I love ❤️ the way the Cook creates this dish. The Black Fungus has a very subtle sweet taste and I guessed that he has added Plum sauce. Other Cooks would normally cook with salt and soya sauce. He paired with slices of green cucumbers 🥒, adding colour to an otherwise very black dish. Beautiful!

I love the way the Cook mixed the vegetables. The main vegetable is celery, and he paired with white Shimeiji mushrooms and Black Fungus. He managed to cook very well. The celery still maintains its crunch, the Black Fungus is soft and the mushrooms are cooked just perfectly. It is so delicious!

There’s a layer of oil on top from the sha cha but it’s super flavourful! Udon was cooked to just the right texture too :) $5.50!

There is something so comforting abt the economical bee hoon or zhai peng for me. So today i satisfied my craving n had Beehoon n Kway teow mix+ladies finger+tofu skin+mock black pepper chicken. I am not a fan of mock meat,but today I just wanted to satisfy PMS craving so yeah,guilty pleasure day and am eating without guilt.
