omg this was the besttt! blown away by the seasoning flavor. one of the best ways i’ve had deep fried oyster mushroom ❤️‍🔥🍄 absolutely mouth watering delicious. also comes with bell peppers, onions, & their house made tamarind sauce!

The mango salad and papaya salad are amazing! The mango salad has they delicious glass noodles and savory strips of vegan meats. I took this photo half way through the plate 😅 because I was super hungry and it was so filling!

Y’all have got to try these fried oyster mushrooms! They are so good I don’t know how they get the breading so perfect! They are perfectly seasoned and come with a delicious sweet and sour sauce!

This is one of my favorite plates at Green Lotus! I took this photo when I was already half way in to it haha but it is presented beautifully and it’s absolutely delicious! I love the strips if “meat” that have a jerky like texture to me! So yummy!

I am shocked to discovered a food I don’t like! I love Green Lotus in San Jose but these “green rolls” ain’t it!! I don’t know what the flavor is I assume it’s the “grilled piper lolot” that taste awful to me. The mango sauce it came with also taste bad to me! I had to go grab a menu to make sure I wasn’t mistaken that maybe it wasn’t vegan. But it is a vegan dish it’s just gross to me personally

I didn’t plan on ordering this but boy am I happy I did. It was literally inane so much better than any meat version imaginable. Came with a delicious tomato dipping sauce and I just couldn’t get enough of there trumpet mushrooms!

This was SO beyond my expectations. Sorry I don’t remember the actual name of this dish but this restaurant was insane and the way they could replicate marinated steak in a vegan version was like I have never seen before. One of my fav restaurants, need to go again soon.

Delicious rolls, wrapped in green leaves, a twist on the usual fried rolls you usually get. The leaf used to wrap has a distinctive taste. Lots more starters on the menu, but we could only taste a few dishes. More next time!
