This cake was divine! I’ve been a vegan for 8 years and this was my first vegan Victoria sponge and it did not disappoint! The buttercream was so thick and gooey. The cake was light and fluffy. The jam was delectable and the three worked together to create a flavor and texture sensation! I cannot recommend this cake enough!

Popped in for lunch today. Flatbread was really nice and the seitan was flavoured nicely. It was a bit small for me. Cupcake was amazing.

This dessert was by far my favourite part of the meal! The brownie was so rich and gooey it was gorgeous, but I didn’t find it too heavy as the cream and vanilla ice cream balanced it out perfectly, I wanted to lick the plate clean so bad😅 #veganisnotscary #day57

These had the perfect garlic flavour and mixed very well with the other tapas, but personally I would have liked bigger or whole mushrooms rather than chopped up ones like this

Unfortunately I was disappointed with this, it’s one of my favourite spanish tapas dishes usually but the spicy sauce was far too mild for patatas bravas & I would have liked the potatoes to be crispier. I just I wanted a little more from it, more seasoning or garnish or something as I felt it was a little plain

This was essentially a piña colada but a little less creamy, I think all of the ingredients were mostly the same except the brand of rum they used was Green Island. It was very enjoyable though it wasn’t too sickly it was rarther refreshing
