This was a lovely surprise during the summer months, a fresh fruit and nut bowl from Garden grub in Warren PA. This had a layer on the bottom of fresh sprouts on top of that several fruits, including blackberries, strawberries, and blueberries, and mixed in with fresh pecans and there in the center you will see Tofu feta. Sandra at garden grub created this vegan plant based burger patty and it was very reminiscent of falafel. It does have quinoa in it too. It’s topped with hummus and sprouts and it was pretty great. I would buy it and try it again. #falafel #falafellover #vegan

This was pretty great! A warrior bowl with the following… Sweet potato, carrot, kale, sweet corn, black beans, pepitas, yummerz I ate this over 3 meals. The sweet potato was of the best I’ve had. Love this combo and will order again! #vegan #veganbowl #plantpower

One of the lovely salads on the catering side of garden grub. Green salad! It has leafy greens, green apple slices, green grapes, pistachios, and a fancy cut cucumber in the center. We had our choice of dressings-either a maple mustard vinaigrette or a berry vinaigrette. Both were yummy. Blueberry Pie Overnight Oats GF Oats, Soy Milk, Blueberries, Chia, Flax, Maple Syrup, Cinnamon, Walnuts, Coconut Yogurt. $8 (16oz) These blueberry pie overnight oats from Garden Grubb at the Jefferson DeFrees Family Center are pretty righteous! Righteous who says righteous anymore we should bring it back. Anyways, blueberry jam purée and the whole blueberries were amazing. Coconut yogurt was great. Maple syrup, and walnuts.
