Looked amazing but disappointing in flavour. The beans were meant to be chipotle flavoured but I think they were just spooned out of the can with no flavour. The bowl is very a generous portion but lacked flavour in every item. Black beans, black rice, red peppers, spinach, avo, jalepeno peppers. I can't say I'll be hurrying back there. #veganbowl #healthy

My dad got this bowl and he was absolutely blown away! Black rice (which is always a winner), baby spinach, grilled red peppers and onions, salsa, black beans, guac plus he added miso tofu for an extra R20. Super tasty 🌱

These fries were honestly the best I’ve ever had! Crispy and so tasty 🤤 The burger patty is a homemade falafel patty and it was delicious too. The “cheese” sauce tasted more like a veggie sauce but it was still good. Would definitely get it again 🌱

Amazing “biscuit” with loads of seeds and vegan chocolate drizzled over for R20. Totally worth it in my opinion. Unique flavours that really compliment each other 🌱

The mothership got this mushrooms on toast dish on our adventure to Firefly Cafe. Smashed avo, garlic and herb mushrooms and spinach on 2 slices of sourdough bread for R110. 🌱

Another awesome wrap from Firefly Cafe. This one had baby spinach, red peppers, onions, black beans, tomato, guacamole and jalapeños plus a coriander lime mayo. R130 and very filling. My dad really enjoyed it 🌱

I had the Yellow Buddha as a wrap at Firefly Cafe. Presentation was stunning and the beetroot wrap really made the colours pop. The wrap included baby spinach, turmeric hummus, falafels, onions and a tahini sauce. Hella tasty Only complaints I had was the falafels were a bit too hard and the sauce all over the outside of the wrap made it a bit tricky to eat with your hands. 🌱
