The GF parfait comes with muffin cubes, vanilla oat creme, and date and cranberry compote. The flavors are really good without being overly sweet. Its nice to have vegan dessert options that are also GF!

This Meatloaf Platter is from a Vegan Byy Nature pop up at Eureka Compass Vegan Food. The platter comes with a lentil mushroom loaf, seasoned green beans, and mac and cheese. All the dishes are fantastic, but her vegan mac and cheese is the best I've ever had!
