Back at my favorite bakery! My sister and I came here a while back on our first visit to Disney Springs and I remember being so caught off guard by the completely vegan menu that it took me forever to decide! This time it still took me a while but I settled on a lovely strawberry bomb cupcake that did not disappoint! I loveee fruit and berry flavors and this one had a delicious jam on top and inside! I have found that the fruity cupcakes are always nice and moist while the other cupcakes (like the Cookie Monster my sister selected) can tend to be a bit drier. Either way, we both highly enjoyed our treats! This was my second trip to Eric McKennas bakery. I got the strawberry bomb cupcake, which is a vanilla cake with vanilla frosting and a strawberry jam in the center. The cake was quite dry and had a very crumbly texture. The frosting was nice, not too sweet, and the jam in the center was good. This carrot cake cupcake was pretty good, not spectacular but overall good. I also tried the cinnamon roll and it was meh. The price however was kinda crazy, like $9 for a small cupcake. I’d hope for that price the cupcake would at least be large, but no. However this place is in Disney springs where a lot of the restaurants have crazy inflated prices. It seems like the only places with somewhat normal prices are the chain restaurants, which keep the same prices regardless of location. But this place was wayyyy more expensive than any vegan bakery I’ve been to before. I guess that’s just Disney springs though. Regardless, it’s an option if you are in the area.

Eu adoro tudo de abóbora, essa época de Halloween dos Estados Unidos é bem propícia para isso, então em todo lugar tem comidas de abóbora, esse donut estava maravilhoso porém parece mais um cake do que um donuts

AMAZING!!!! My favorite thing I’ve had in awhile. Super moist and delicious. You could probably share this one! It’s also gluten free. :)

I used to love the hot fudge pop tarts when I was younger so I was excited to try this. I’m not sure it tasted like it but it was delicious and I would definitely recommend it!
