When in Czechia ... Typically I'm not a fan of fried foods but it was freezing cold this last Saturday and we really needed some comfort food and it doesn't get more comforting than fried cheese and fries.

The ice cream booth is located right next to Eaternia and the ice cream flavors are super unique. I tried their Kaffir lime and Beet/Apple combo. The lime was quite sour and tart and they even suggested I pair it with the beet/apple flavor to balance it. It was interesting but not my favorite

Petit passage en République Tchèque, et évidemment obligation de tester un nouveau restaurant. Passage obligé à Eaternia sur les recommendations d'une amie, et pas déçu du tout. Ce hot-dog était la junk food parfaite après un long voyage. C'est la saucisse de seitan qui m'a convaincu à prendre ce plat ainsi que les photos de présentation du plat. Un vrai, fat, délice.

Got this cause for my day, the taste buds were very much pleased by the whole experience. It's simple and just very good. Nothing less nothing more. Sometimes when I order at that place the food can be funny but this cake (made for me for my bday) is so so good.

Warm lentil salad with tempeh marinated in mustard and maple syrup, pickled beets, baked carrot and fennel cream, carrots chips. Delicious!

Delicious vegan #poutine made with homemade fries, mushroom gravy, cheese, shallots, pickled mustard seeds. Who knew that pickled mustard seeds can taste so great?! I added Sriracha because I put it in almost everything 😁 Amazing! 👌😙
