This is a new version of the vegetable gyoza, which were also on the previous menu. They are filled with mushrooms and vegetables, served peanuts, hummus and sweet and sour chili sauce. They were super good, a nice mixture of different flavors. I kind of wished that the portion would be different, in the past you could get even bigger portions of Gyozas at this restaurant but now they are all 4-piece portions (and it’s not specified on the menu). This is a new dish on the menu. It’s basically a dry ramen seasoned with peanut butter sauce, chili oil and mixed vegetables. It was super tasty and satisfying. The creaminess of the sauce was amazing. The price was 13€ which seemed pretty fair. #udon #veganudon #soba #asianfood #brescia #veganfriendly

Got this bao as an appetizer, it was filled with teriyaki glazed tofu. Nothing too original, it was a pleasant taste but nothing extraordinary. In my opinion not worth the 7€ of the price. The restaurant had just changed the menu and was actually the first night with some of this dishes (btw on May 8th #bringbackdates). Unfortunately I didn’t love this dish, it felt as all the ingredients didn’t really mix together and as if each one of them was sitting there on its own. Also when I read that it was going to be served with peanuts I was expecting them to be a little crumbled but as you can see they were in big chunks which made it harder for them to blend in with the rest. I also couldn’t taste much of the gochujang sauce. The price for the dish was 13€ which was totally fair but I just wouldn’t order this again because I didn’t like the final result. #veganfriendly #veganrestaurant #vegandish #asianfood #brescia

Dhabbu is an Asian fusion restaurant in Brescia with multiple vegan friendly options. They recently changed management and this was my first visit after the new people took over. These spring rolls were pretty good, but nothing out of the ordinary. They are stuffed with stir fried vegetables and soy noodles and served with a sweet and sour sauce. Piatto che abbiamo preso come antipasto. Il più buono della serata. L'hummus di base ci sta tantissimo ed è uno dei più buoni che ho mai mangiato. I ravioli hanno la pasta fine e bella croccante. Ripieno e condimento saporiti e perfetto

Da amante del cioccolato dark ho apprezzato tantissimo questo tortino, ha il sapore intenso di cioccolata fondentissima e il gelato all’arancia più che gelato ha la consistenza di una granita ghiacciata, ma ci sta molto bene come accompagnamento. Lo riprenderò!
