The crispy spring rolls are the star of the dish. The base was rice noodles with fresh salad and herbs. It was very simple but that’s good because it did not overpower the spring rolls, I wish it had more herbs. The price was 8.30€.

I love Udon noodles in general. But here they come with a whole bunch of super fresh steamed vegetables, marinated tofu and Seitan and the best thick soy sauce I’ve had so far. My all time favorite at this restaurant!
