Bit of a strange dish. A kind of rice jelly covered in a vegetable gravy. Hôngs is really nice but I've had it elsewhere and it's just been too slimy.

Soooo good! Love a Banh Mi for some bread. Have tried a few round town in #hoian and Hongs is one of the best! Perfect amount of spice - and I am not an overly spicy person. So tasty. You need to try it!

I love the orange juice! Have it fresh every morning :) so refreshing. Goes down a treat and Hong adds no extra sugar if you ask!
