This vegan Maki is made from the following ingredients: vegan smoked salmon, vegan cream cheese, vegan jalapeño tempura, soy paper, sriracha (5 PCS) and served with a side of sriracha sauce. This is the best version of a jalapeno popper I have ever had or at least I can remember. I have been vegan 7 plus years and haven't had a jalapeno popper until this new vegan sushi at this restaurant. The Vegan Hot Popper is one I would buy again and looking forward to ordering it along with the Cowgirl for two extreme taste bud combinations. I love that Blue Sushi Sake Grill is actively participating in Veganuary!

Vegan Philadelphia has these ingredients: vegan smoked salmon, vegan cream cheese, scallion, cucumber (8 PCS). To me, it was a rather boring bland tasting sushi roll. I did like the crunchiness of the cucumbers. I don't really like too much of a fishy taste and I may be kind of weird to say sometimes when I eat cucumbers they have that fishiness taste. This roll has a little bit of that so I just cover it up with soy sauce. I wouldn't get this roll again. NOTICE the picture of the rolls I substituted brown rice.

This meal is a lunch special usually on weekdays like Monday through Wednesday. It consists of Cowgirl vegan Maki (5 rolls), edamame, sesame noodles, and fruit (oranges and raspberries) all for $6! Cowgirl ingredients: pickle vegan tempura, sriracha-fried onion rings, bbq paper, vegan mayonnaise. The taste of these rolls is positively unique, one of a kind, and usually a favorite from people who are familiar with sushi and those who are not! A must try! If you were to have these rolls on a weekend in the evening they are at least $9 for just five rolls so this lunch bento box is a winner!

This is the vegan crunchy cabbage maki roll! It has tofu in it as well and a spicy mayo sauce. I’d recommend asking for the spicy sauce on the side rather than in the roll so that you can modify how spicy it is!
