Sweet potatoes curry purée, with a crumble of almonds and violife vegan feta cheese. I enjoyed it! I still think the violife cheeses all taste the same (coconut) and I don’t like them, but it was a good match wit h this dish.

Grilled corn tortillas, Lacquered and BBQ grilled oyster mushrooms, Lettuce, Creamy coleslaw, Herb pesto, Fried onions, Cilantro, Pomegranate, Homemade pickles. Not huge fun of it. I expected the mushrooms much more seasoned, almost like a pulled pork.
